NEW HORIZONS (2012)
8.785 hourly photographs of the North Sea horizon over a period of exactly one year, using a custom-built camera installation on top of a hotel in The Hague. The project resulted in a museum exhibition and a monumental book, released in a one-off print run of 2,012 copies.
Whatever the Weather (2018)
Elshout spent 144 days with 144 different people resulting in a self-portrait at the end of the day. The Whatever the Weather book will show all of these portraits in true-to-life size.
